Linux-To-Go is a community driven effort to create a general platform to work collaboratively on common interests. This means that the site administration and funding of this server is done by the community for the community. In that spirit everyone is expected to work together with all other participants. All decisions regarding this site are made by the community. If you want to take part in this decision making process you are welcome to join the team! But expect to have to work for that privilige ;-)

As the name suggests the projects hosted here are mostly concerned about mobile Linux applications and systems, i.e. everything in the area of mobile and embedded Linux computing.

If you have some interesting project you are working on or an interesting idea for one or other enhancements then contact us and we will gladly help you to setup your project here!

Because some projects ran into trouble with other services hosting Open Source projects we want to make one thing very clear: Linux-To-Go does not and will never claim any rights in the projects using its services.

What we want to provide to the community is:

• Web hosting services
• File server services
• Project hosting using project management through GForge
• Source code management
• Additional bug trackers
• Probably later on autobuilder service for certain projects
