           Summary: Customised date/time format
           Product: gpe-calendar
           Version: 0.91
          Platform: iPAQ hx4700
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P4
         Component: default
        AssignedTo: gpe-bugs at linuxtogo.org
        ReportedBy: mmvii at eclipticon.net
   Estimated Hours: 0.0

I would appreciate a possibility to customise display of date and time in
gpe-calendar according to local habits ... in particular:

- 24 hr time display in all views

- Starting day of the week in monthly calendar (a week from Sat til Fri is most
unusual here ...)

- Date format in input fields (e.g. DD/MM/YY)

Thanks,

Guenter

--- Comment #1 from Jarmo Lahtiranta <jarmo.lahtiranta at iki.fi> 2007-08-21 11:35 ---
It is difficult to split existing ics files to include only few last months of
events, so if solving this problem takes time, would it be possible to add a
setup option which would make the calendar ignore all events that are older
than like 3-6 months? That way the performance would probably be OK and the old
data would still be safe and available when you uncheck the option.
