It works for me as well, but i'm using a different GTK version. We noticed quite
some problems with latest GTK from OE already, but I didn't manage to
investigate the source of these issues so far. You could try to use the same
environment and check if you can select a file with gpe-edit (caused a segfault
here) or if the date selector popup (e.g. in gpe-calendar) works properly.

Maybe i manage to try the same on a recent OE built filesystem using an older
GTK today...
