Summary: Subscribing causes consistent crashes on N800
Product: gpe-calendar
Version: 0.73rc2
Platform: Nokia 770
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P4
Component: default
AssignedTo: gpe-bugs at linuxtogo.org
ReportedBy: sean at cs.gmu.edu
Estimated Hours: 0.0
[unknown version, sorry]
[Nokia N800 -- not in platform list]
I've subscribed to three different calendars, two of my own and one standard
Holidays calendar from mac.com, and all of them crash GPE-Calendar when it
attempts to connect to them. The only way to use the calendar is to take the
N800 offline, go into GPE-Calendar, and disable the subscribed calendars.
Example failed calendar: the standard Holidays calendar for iCal:
http://ical.mac.com/ical/US32Holidays.ics
Feel free to contact me for testing purposes. GPC-calendar's not very useful
for me without subscription. :-(

There seems to be no way to delete all the contacts in a particular category.
This lack, combined with bug #23, means that it is essentially impossible to
update the contacts within a particular category (for example, if a club
produces a vcard listing for all its members periodically, there is no way to
replace the old contact list with the new one).
