Summary: gpe bluetooth lacks pin helper for bluez 3.x
Product: gpe-bluetooth
Version: 0.54
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P4
Component: default
AssignedTo: gpe-bugs at linuxtogo.org
ReportedBy: koen at linuxtogo.org

bluez 3.x requires a different way to provide the pin to bluez. Current
workaround is installing bluez-gnome, which does proide the pass-agent.

i can confirm this problem, i have already filed a bug at:
http://bugs.openembedded.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1790
there is also a commandline passkey-again sample in the bluez-utils source
package. perhaps we should also add this.
i think debian uses this one....

Could you please document which release of OZ you flashed on it and paste some
of the html so I can get a better idea of the issue? Probably this is a bug in
gtk-webcore that needs to be fixed. (gtk-webcore is the html rendering backend
and widget that does the actual html handling and parsing).
Thanks!

When one installs the gpe-calendar and tries to use it, one gets an error
message saying "no such table: todo_urn". The "fix" is to install the gpe-todo
package AND THEN RUN IT (which is hardly intuitive).
But obviously one should be able to use the calendar package without also
installing the todo package (or, in the alternative, installing the calendar
package should call the todo package also to be installed; in any case, a user
should never see the "no such table" error).

Have to tap on the leftmost (which itself is not intuitive, I spend quite some
time to find this) to shrink the mixer to a bar to hit the close button on the
right. Why not just put a close button in the expanded mode?
