Thanks for the reply, apt-get (inside scratch box) tells me that 
libgtk2.0-dev is already installed and at the lastest version. I guess 
its just not included with the package?

If this is the case how would you go about compiling osb-nrcit without 
it or that just not possible? Or is there a way to download the maemo 
libgdk2.0-dev and get it to install this file?
