This looks like it must be a bug in the GTK included in the Chinook release. 
The page is built correctly but displays as blank.  The only solution I have
found is to add a combo box to the page and then delete it again!  That seems
to fix the problem and the page displays.

Unfortunately it causes an unnecessary scrollbar to appear but I can't find a
better workround!  

The workround is in SVN r9301 and will appear in a daily build soon.
