I have tested this and categories are now correctly reported by gpesyncd for
events, todos and contacts.

It was disabled during the porting to chinook so that gpe-calendar could be got
to work. It should be re-instated.

Whenever I select and edit a contact, after I finish to edit it and return to
the main view, GPE Contacts selects the first contact in the list.
It should still select the contact I've been editing.
