[Gpe-list] Follow-up: Week starts on Sunday

That is great news.  I regularly glance at the monthly calendar in
GPE-calendar and mistake the day of my appointments because I assume
the calendar starts on Sunday like the unix 'cal' program and just
about every other calnedar I've ever used in my life.  It is
particularly confusing with GPE because the small calendar alongside
the "day" and "week" views does start on Sunday.  Yet when I switch to
"month" view, the week suddenly starts on Monday.
