[Gpe-list] Follow-up: Week starts on Sunday

Hi again,

I may have made a mistake by saying the information of which day starts 
the week was available in g_date_strftime.

But, the information is definitely available since the date pickers know 
if Sunday or Monday starts the week according to the locale.

Perhaps someone here on the list know how to get the information. 
Otherwise we could search for it in the GTK+ source code (the date 
picker widget is GTK+, right?).
