Fixed in rev 9452. Fix will be in daily builds dated 20080716 or later.
Bug 109 is indeed the same problem so has been closed as a duplicate.

There is no such status as NOT SPECIFIED. RFC 2445 is clear that the only
legal values for the STATUS keyword for events are: TENTATIVE, CONFIRMED or
CANCELLED. If the status is not specified there should be no STATUS keyword in
the entry at all!
I will work round this in libmimedir BUT please report the bug to the
originating program: the iCal is invalid and not just GPE may break!
Worked round in r9453.

Partially fixed in r9454. This fixes the PO-file header problem. However, the
crash is an unrelated problem which is not yet fixed. This fix will be in
daily builds dated 20080716 or later.
