I am curious to see what kind of effect it would have, using the maemo
alarm API; would it result in a potentially huge list of pending
alarms being shown by the maemo alarm clock icon?  Is there any way to
add alarms without having them appear globally?  You wouldn't want
alarms set via the alarm applet to be mixed with calendar alarms.  I
know nothing about the alarm API beyond what I've seen from the
applet.
