Fixed.  gpesummary now creates the calendar database if it doesn't exist.

On every timer update (every 60 seconds) gpesummary now checks to see if
~/.gpe/calendar has a later modified time than last time it ran.  If so, it
forces a complete refresh.

This might cause problems if refreshes are slow (for example very large contact
databases redoing birthday searches).  But, if so, we can open a new bug
report.
