Chris has added another feature: automatic refresh on changes to the todo
database.

I have now made the changes in gpe-calendar. I have not made any attempt to
check whether gpesummary is running. Instead, when someone closes the window
I put up a dialog box explaining that either gpe-calendar or gpesummary has
to be running in order to receive alarms. I then give them the choice of
exiting, of iconising or of cancelling the close. In addition they can
optionally save the choice so they won't be asked again.
In practice this gives people the choice to decide if they want to use the
current behaviour or the standard behaviour or be asked every time.
These updates are now available in the daily build repository for chinook
(gregale and bora versions will appear over the next few days, look for
versions dated 20080616 or later). Please let me know if you have any
problems with them or suggestions for improvements (I have said many times: I
am not a GUI guy!).
By the way, this message should be translated (actually it exists in two
forms -- non-Hildon platforms have a message which does not mention
gpesummary). Is there a process for that?
