[Gpe-list] Patches for week starting on Sunday

Hi all,

I have attached patches to this email that should add in "Week starts on
Sunday" configuration.  I added a gtk_check_menu_item in the "View" menu
that allows a user to enable or disable starting the week on Sunday.

I also added an entry to the "~/.gpe-calendar" configuration file called
"week-starts-sunday" with a boolean type.  This value is read and written
with all the others for GPE Calendar.

I also fixed the week view when displaying a week starting on Sunday.
Previously it would choose an incorrect period starting date (it was
Wednesday for me today, but it probably varied with the day of the week).
Now it chooses a correct start date for week starting with Sunday or Monday.

I added these patched and comments to the open bug #170 on bugzilla.

Please let me know if I have done this correctly.  I have tested this
against Graham's maemo chinook build 20080617, but I don't see why it
wouldn't work for all platforms.
