Can we mark this as resolved now that the code is checked into CVS?  Graham's
daily builds now include this functionality.

Patch to add a menu item in the "View" menu 

I am submitting a patch that adds an entry to the "View" menu labeled "Week
starts on Sunday."  It is a gtk_menu_check_item, so having it checked sets
week_starts_sunday to TRUE, and not having it checked sets it to FALSE.  I also
added an entry to "~/.gpe-calendar" configuration file called
"week-starts-sunday" with a boolean type.

I couldn't think of a better location for this entry, since there is no options
menu or settings dialog.  It seems to fit fairly well in this location (with
the other check items, and it is a view item) but the text is a bit longer than
anything else in that menu.
