I think something is wrong with the automatic refresh code. The trigger alarm
patch on gpesummary 20080509 produces one alarm for each event. The 20080617
version produces two alarms for each event when gpesummary is loaded, and only
one alarm per event when gpesummary is unloaded.
I will see if I can figure out the problem by looking at the differences
between the version.
