In general each component has a Changelog file (in SVN).  However, as the 
Maemo apt deletes all documentation after installing a package, my packages 
do not even include the Changelog (or any other documentation): no point 
taking time downloading it if it will be deleted straight away.

I could change the builds so the Changelog was included in the package.  But 
it would still be deleted by the installation process.

It seems easier to check the SVN for each component to find the Changelog (for 
example, using the web interface).
