Fixed in Rev 9398 (libgpevtype).

1) The mangled layout

This is fixed.

2) No ADR line at all

GPE only stores addresses in "label" format so only outputs the LABEL line. 
Note that if both ADR and LABEL are present in the input, the first one will be
used for the GPE value and subsequent ones ignored.  GPE does support both HOME
and WORK addresses -- but only one of each.

3) A colon instead of a semicolon after TYPE=home (not sure which is correct)

The output is correct.
