Preferences Service Update

Hello,

Here are the updates on the Preferences Daemon. The sources can still be
found at : git://git.freesmartphone.org/preferencesd.git

- Created a test application, using gtk (in opreferences/test)
- The DBus API now has a few new methods for introspection
- Created a wiki page for the project :
http://www.freesmartphone.org/mediawiki/index.php/Implementations/OpenPreferencesDaemon
- Added a new parameter type : dict, a dictionary of key -> value


The things I want to do in the short term :
- Create a tutorial on how to use the service
- Create a script to automatically generate the API doc from the sources
(I realize even updating the xml files is a pain)
