[Patch] : Changes to one of the method names to remove ambiguity

Hi all,

Attaching a couple tiny patches to kernel26.py and zhone changing
GetChargingPercentage to GetEnergyPercentage.

I feel GetChargingPercentage sounds a little ambiguous as it may mean
different things based on the context :P
