That looks good. We could actually even think about adding something like this 
into the post-commit hook, so that we can just forget about it and have the 
docs autoregenerated on every commit.

Speaking about docs, are you familiar with docbook? I think our docbook xsls 
could need some love, e.g. where we specify a{sv} as return value, until now 
we literally gave the values that the clients could expect, it would be much 
nicer, if we would have specific docbook constructs for that, e.g.

<doc:expectedvalues>
<doc:value name="foo">explanation for foo</doc:value>
<doc:value name="foo">explanation for foo</doc:value>
<doc/expectedvalues/>
