Code-wise, I don't think Android/Linux provides much value to the GNU/Linux 
world, it's way too diffferent to advance the movement of free software beyond 
some kernel patches of questionable style.

Marketing-wise it's ambivalent; on the upside it strengthens the brand Linux, 
on the downside it communicates a wrong picture of openness, if you consider a 
platform being a combination of hardware and software.

Concept-wise, it's nice. We should definitely look at the architecture and 
"steal" the best concepts.
